Lee Food designs the plant layout according to requirements for the management of export food production enterprises and strictly manages the environment and order of the plant, striving to create a beautiful and elegant corporate culture environment.

As a key leading enterprise in provincial agricultural industrialization, Lee Food is mainly engaged in the deep processing of dried and fresh fruits and vegetables production and processing of various specifications dehydrated garlic, onion, chili and other various seasonings.

Lee Food actively explores the international market. Products are mainly sold to the United States, Canada  . The Dehydrated garlic products have occupied more than 70% of the US rehydration garlic market. Lee Food takes the technology, brand and market as the main line to create the core competitiveness of the enterprise, leading the deep processing industry of garlic and other agricultural and sideline products to Branding, high-end and internationalization development.

Taishan Lee Food Project officially put into operation in June, 2015. Lee Food applies the management concept of 7S, 5W2H, PDCA to actual production.

Introduced advanced standardized production lines in the international dehydration industry. Independently designed automated integrated processing from raw materials to finished products. At the same time, introduced the British BUHLER stone remove machine, Meiya Optoelectronic Color Sorter, German advanced equipment such as metal detectors and automatic packaging machines.

While improving the level of production automation, Lee Food also provides advanced hardware support for food production quality.

In March, 2017, Lee Food introduced AGG processing technology, established a AGG garlic production line and achieved product diversification.

Lee Food established a highend laboratory and introduced advanced ash automatic detector, German sulfur dioxide detector, electronic colorimeter imported from the United States, Volume index detector, Peanut allergen detector for food testing equipment to improve food quality control.

The laboratory has fulltime laboratory technicians. They are responsible for the physical and chemical inspection of each batch of products and the sanitary quality supervision of the production process. Entrust thirdparty laboratories such as SGS, Qingdao Merieux NutriSciences, Eurofins to conduct product inspections for each batch of shipped goods. And compare the test results with the company laboratory results to ensure zero food safety incidents.

Strict quality control and scientific inspection process made Shandong Taishan Lee Food Technology Co,. Ltd win the 2017 “Food Safety Shandong” Food Production Demonstration Enterprise.

Lee Food successfully passed Rhine Testing Service BRC Global Food Safety Standard Management Certification Level A and the high level of IFS international food standards in February 2018.

All raw materials of the company come from the export vegetable planting base.

The raw materials are mainly from Jinxiang  Midu  Cangshan etc. The base for export food cultivation is the procurement area, providing protection for the company's supply of quality raw materials.

After the second phase of Shandong Taishan Lee Food Technology Co  Ltd  was put into production, the annual production of dehydrated vegetable products  (condiments) is 26000 tons, exports 60 million US dollars, exceeds 45 million yuan profit and will create more than 600 jobs, demanding 50000 tons of fresh garlic.
